Prerak D. Shah, MD, FACS is an Otolaryngologist - Head & Neck Surgeon practicing north of Boston who is also Associate Staff at the Massachusetts Eye & Ear Infirmary and Clinical Instructor at Harvard Medical School. His passion for his clinical work, teaching and healthcare leadership is equaled by his passion for travel photography. His first exposure to photography was during a Graphic Arts class in high school using a simple Nikon film camera and developing his photos in the school dark room. Over the years, the transformation from classic film photography to the modern-day digital art form further fueled his passion and refined his technical skills. He has won numerous awards and accolades for his photography, has been an invited speaker on the topic of Travel Photography and has received national and international recognition for his work highlighted by inclusion in the Beyond Bollywood Exhibit at the Smithsonian Institute in Washington D.C from 2015 to 2019.
